Thank you for registering for the June 24th, Summer Solstice Twilight HPDE

Confirmation: You be wait listed initially and confirmed as soon as possible given run group capacity and instructor availability.

Please pay close attention to safety equipment and fluids before arriving at the track and throughout the day.

Tech form: tech must be completed within 28 days of the event.

Electronic Waivers: Prior to arriving, you must complete the Speedwaiver

Check In: Starts at 3:00 PM and closes at 4:00 PM, so please be prompt! Check in is under the big white tent.

Pick up packet in the paddock – generally under the main white tent
Provide your current driver’s license
Present your Helmet to verify Snell SA 2020 or newer if it does not already have a BMW Club helmet sticker

Prepare Yourself and Your Car:

Find a place to park and empty EVERYTHING out of your car. Floor mats, garage door clickers, empty glove box, consoles and door panels, and any other loose items in the car or trunk. Big plastic bins and/or tarps are helpful to protect from rain.
Attach wristbands from your packet to your left wrist so that track workers can see them
Apply run group and car number to both sides of your car, preferably in the rear windows.
Your run group must be displayed in the upper center of your windshield.
If you purchased vinyl numbers and run group letters in your registration, they will be included in your packet. If not, you will need to to display the information visibly on your car with white or yellow window paint or masking tape
Check your schedule for your run group times, drivers meeting and breakout groups.
Find and meet your instructor
Check tire pressure and wheel lug torque in the morning and through the day

Pre-Planning:

Get your tech inspections done early so there are no surprises
Be sure to dress appropriately, this is the Northwest after all! We run in all types of weather, so be prepared.
Water and snacks will be available. . Drink water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
Bring a tire gauge and torque wrench.
Bring other tools and spares as your car may require
